Park Place is different from most senior livings. There are no long-term leases, and apartments come fully equipped with kitchenettes that include a stove, oven, and full-size refrigerator. In addition, residents can take advantage of many onsite amenities like a library or therapy room; an activity center complete with billiards tables & card game rooms, and salon, or take a walk outside along the walking path.

Sometimes the most important thing is just being there. That’s why we offer personalized care program (Park Place Plus) for our independent residents at Park Place Retirement Community. With Park Place Plus, residents may receive scheduled care, such as bathing, by an in-person visit from one of our specially trained team members. This is important because it allows our residents to remain in their independent living apartment longer while they are still receiving the care they need.

Park Place Retirement Community also offers assisted living for those requiring a higher level of care. Residents receive assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication management at an all-inclusive monthly rate, so there are no unexpected costs. As care needs increase, the monthly rent remains the same.
